The Family Suite was gigantic, easily accommodating our entire family! The location was a huge bonus, with easy access to a bus that takes you directly to and from the airport. Plus, we loved having a choice of nearby restaurants and a fantastic food court for quick bites.

Many people have mentioned the problem of noise! I can confirm this. Basically the hotel is located at a very busy roundabout of a couple of main roads in Lisbon. There's traffic all day and all night. Secondly opposite the hotel is some sort of a device, generating a permanent humming noise (might be a transformer sort of thing). Thirdly, the windows at the hotel are so bad, that there is no difference if you keep the opened or shut. Drought and noise stay the same. All you can do is go the the next pharmacy to get a pair of earplugs (which helped me). You may be alert not to miss the alarm clock, if you have an early morning flight though :-) Finally, the place is dated. Very dated! Needs a proper renovation. I would not stay there again! Even if the receptionist is very friendly. Doesn't get you an night's sleep.

The Family Suite was gigantic and perfect for our crew 😍 The location made it super easy to explore the city. Just a heads-up, the breakfast could use more options & there was some street noise.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. Our room was large and comfortable. Hotel location is very convenient to reach the hotel from the airport or Santa Apolonia railway station, to make a one-day trip to such interesting places as Alcobaca and Batalha (we went from from Sete Rios bus station) or Sintra (5 minutes by bus from Marquis Pombal square to Rossio railway station) as well as to discover Lisbon.

In the hotel description is noted that the nearest metro station is “Parque”, but it is much easier when you go to or from metro station “Marquise Pombal” or use bus stop near this square.

Staying with my two girls, we loved how clean and spacious the family suite was. The hotel is conveniently located near two metro stations. The staff were warm and accommodating.

My wife says that the breakfast choices could be more varied.

Very good location - center of city, many places to visit are nearby. This hotel is budget one, but rooms are good enought to spend one or two nights, but if you prefer to stay here for a while, I would recommend to find another hotel. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. One of receptionists is from Russia, so it is able to speak russian, english and portuguese. As I know russian it was very simple to clear all our questions. Room was clear enought. Towels, shower gels were for all of us - 4 friends.

One side of hotel is pointed to inner side of some bussines centers, so it is grey and very gaunt. That side was noisy and very unpleasant to watch. Also water pipelines are noisy as they are used - nastily to listen, especially if you are sleeping.

The traffic noice went on all night- Hotel is located near the most busy intersection of Lisbon (Marques de Pombal) a good 30 minutes walk to Baixa-Chiado but the good thing is that the Metro was near. The room was fair but the bathroom no so good, stained tub and very old fixtures. Could not connect to the Free Wy-Fy , not even once during our 3 nights stay. we will not stay in this Hotel again.

Rooms are a bit old, and strange in a way that they are not classic hotel rooms but like a little apartment.....also, there were some doors in the room that you are unable to open and you do not know what is behind...

The reception staff, especially the two gentlemen, who were always glad to help and answer about ways of visiting the city, Fatima and Cristo Rei...they made our stay very pleasant solving all our problems regarding room, hair dryer etc. The location is great near the subway and airport shuttle, practically the km 0 of the city....a very big THANK U!!!

The wireless didnt work not a minut, even the reception said was working inside the hotel...:( it was the only unpleasant point of our 8 nights staying there...

Near to metro Parque, not too far to walk to old city

Wifi only worked in part of the room, main room was nice, smaller room very dull.

we booked a double room but we received a small apartment for 5 people:) the rooms are clean, breakfast very good, staff are polited and willing to help you when needed. good value for money!

they could add a small fridge in the room and also the location it is in the center, close to metro, busses, aerobus but the "action" is 20-30 min walking distance in the old city
